How to use
Wash your hands and ensure all components are clean.
Gently hand express colostrum into the sterile container or syringe attachment (if purchased).
Label each syringe with the provided stickers and store in the reusable freezer bags.
When needed, place the frozen syringes in the cooler bag with the freezer brick and take them to your hospital or birthing centre.
Please Note
Generally you may commence expressing at 36 weeks gestation, but before expressing and storing colostrum antenatally it is important to discuss this with your health care provider/s to ensure it is a good option for you and your pregnancy.
