Shipping policy

We offer flat rate shipping for all orders:

Australia Standard Shipping (AU) $11.95 or
International Standard Shipping (AU) $25.00

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and shipping times are estimated between 2 to 7 days depending on your location in Australia and 6 to 27 business days for international.

Express Shipping (AU) $20.00 or
International Expres Shipping (AU) 50.00

Orders placed before 12noon AEST will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 12noon will be sent the following business day. Shipping times are estimated between 1 to 3 days depending on your location in Australia and 3 to 11 business days for international.

For international buyers we send by regular air mail, please note you will be responsible for any additional fees imposed by your destination country (customs fees, taxes, etc.). If your destination does not appear at checkout, please email info@milkco.com.au and we can provide you with a quote to ship to your destination.
