Milkco takes pride in offering quality products to our customers, with each item being carefully checked prior to shipment. In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at info@milkco.com.au within 30 days to organise a replacement/exchange or full refund. 

We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Milkco will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed and credited to your account.
